aerial content, and related digital media. All services are provided based on availibitily
and agreed project scope.
-Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or confirmation and any
required deposit.
-Payment is due as outlined in your invoice.
-Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.
-Cancellation made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service may be eligible for
a refund or reschedule.
-Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may forfeit the deposit.
-Rescheduling is subject to availibility.
-Clients must provide accurate property information and access details.
-Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for the property.
-Weather or other unforseen circumstances may impact scheduling.
-Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project scope.
-Final media will be delivered digitally via the method agreed upon.
-Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incure extra fees.
All content created by Noble Vue Media is our intellectual property until full payment is
received. After payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered media for their
intended purpose. We retain the right to use content for portfolio and marketing unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
Noble Vue Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of our services or delivered content.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or
services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
